Delivery

At Steel Submission we offer Free standard delivery to Wales and England on all of our products.

All our products are handmade to order and as a result we need a few weeks to make them. The custom furniture fabrication is not for those who might be impatient. Lead time varies on each product due to time it takes to make. Please see individual products for current lead times which are estimates at best. There will be times when we are able to deliver early and there might be times where we may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is made and ready for delivery, you will receive an email from us with tracking details or date and time of your delivery. The products will be shipped using external courier company or delivered directly by us, depending on the size of the item you have purchased.

If order has been shipped using external courier company, then your order should arrive within 3-5 days. This only applies to mainland UK locations. Please be aware that delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Island’s might take a little longer.

Larger items and furniture will be delivered by us. This only applies to Wales and England locations. If you are based outside these areas, please get in touch and we will calculate the cost of delivery.

Unless it’s stated in the product description that item is fully welded, all products come flat packed. Products that come flat packed will require assembly on site. Please note, that we do not offer product assembly, we only offer 1 man doorstep delivery, which means that the delivery driver will NOT bring the goods inside of your home.

We aim to make the delivery of your order as smooth and convenient as possible. Smaller items will be delivered by an external parcel delivery service (e.g. Evri, Parcelforce etc.).  Large sized items will be delivered by us or external courier company if you are based outside England and Wales. We ask you to provide your phone number when placing your order so that you can be contacted if there are any issues with the delivery. We do not use your phone number or other contact details for any other reason.

Packaging

We respect your confidentiality. All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging. Depending on the nature and size of your order, you will receive your goods in a plain cardboard packaging, boxes, or plain heavy-duty envelopes. Your parcel will not have any markings, branding or logos, except for the address label and courier sticker (if applicable).

With completely plain and boring packaging, you will be the only person excited about what’s inside!
